How Returns Work
To start a return, email us at support@djandphotoboothsupply.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for your return. Our team will walk you through the process.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please package items securely to avoid damage in transit.
- Store Credit Only: Approved returns are issued as store credit — no cash refunds.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval within 2–3 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
Received something damaged or not working? Contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We'll prioritize getting it resolved — whether that's a replacement part, a swap, or another solution.
Exchanges
Need a different item? Reach out to our team and we'll do our best to accommodate based on availability.
Final Sale Items
Some items are marked Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly noted on the product page.

Free ground Shipping on all orders. Backordered items ship within 10–14 business days.
