What's Covered

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
Electrical component failures under normal use
Structural defects in frames, enclosures, and hardware
LED and lighting component failures

Basic Coverage (Photo Booths)

Our Basic Coverage plan covers manufacturing defects and component failures for 3 years from the date of purchase. If your equipment fails due to a defect, we'll repair or replace it at no charge.

Pro Coverage (Lighting — Accidental Damage Included)

Our Pro Coverage plan includes everything in Basic Coverage, plus accidental damage protection. Drops, spills, and on-the-job accidents happen — we've got you covered.

What's Not Covered

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications
Normal wear and tear (bulbs, cables, cosmetic scratches)
Damage from improper storage or transport without protective cases
Theft or loss

How to File a Claim

Contact us at support@djandphotoboothsupply.com with your order number and a description of the issue
Include photos or video of the defect or damage
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps
Approved claims will be repaired or replaced at our discretion
